I have always made it a point to respond to every e mail within a few hours after I receive the e mail message (I have a blackberry so usually respond within minutes). During the past few weeks some people have complained to me that e mails sent to me have not been responded to. Yesterday I received 2 complaints. The day before I received another. Last week a resident complained to me that he was not receiving my e mails. Our MIS people contacted AOL and corrected the problem. I have advised our MIS computer staff about this problem. If you sent me an e mail within the past few months and I have not responded please e mail me (you can send a copy to my home account: feiner98@aol.com). Our computer staff will try to determine the cause of the problem and hopefully they will be able to correct the problem.
