A number of years ago the pool at the TheodoreYoungCommunity Centerwas open seven days a week. Currently, the pool is only open six days a week. At last nights Town Board meeting some residents and swim team representatives expressed concerns about scheduling at the pool. There is a great demand to use the pool, not enough hours to accommodate the disabled, swim team members and others. I plan to request that the town resume having the pool open seven days a week, instead of six.
