TOWN WINS COURT DECISION RE: HAMPSHIRE MANAGEMENT
Release Date: January 29, 2007

Good news. The Town won a lawsuit relating to the Colony at Hartsdale and Trader Joe’s. Judge Robert DiBella dismissed Hampshire Management’s Article 78  petition and upheld the Town Board’s April 6, 2006, Amended Site Plan approval requiring Hampshire Management to relocate a Knox lock, chains and an electrical transformer to a location approved on the approved 2003 Amended Site Plan. This was a very controversial issue two years ago – residents had complained about noise/quality of life issues.  Congratulations to our Town Attorney’s office for their great work.
