Frank's lease...plan B available on request this weekend....
Release Date: September 01, 2006

The Greenburgh Town Board has scheduled a vote on the temporary library location for Tuesday at 7 PM. It’s important that the process be open. The final version of the proposed lease with Frank’s should be presented to me this weekend.  If you would like to review the proposed lease with Frank’s please e mail me at pfeiner@greenburghny.com. Frank’s is located on Dobbs Ferry Road. If  Frank’s is rented out as a temporary library we will be able to provide residents with full library service during the 2 year construction project.

The Greenburgh Town Board also requested the library to develop a plan B in the event that the Board does not sign a lease with Frank’s. Plan B should be presented to the members of the Town Board by the end of today. If you would like a copy of plan B – please e mail me and I’ll e mail you the requested document.

We hope to also post the proposed lease and plan B on our web site (under forms) sometime on Monday.

The Town Hall is closed on Labor Day. Both the lease and plan B are available for inspection at Town Hall on Tuesday. The architect and library construction team look forward to benefiting from your input at this Tuesday’s library discussion question/answer session. PAUL FEINER
