E HARTSDALE AVE/FARMERS MARKET...MASSARO PARK...WEBB FIELD GRANT...

The following community outreach meetings have been scheduled...

TUESDAY, JUNE 6 @ 9:15 AM---I will be conducting a walk on E Hartsdale Ave...will speak to merchants about the farmer's market. At last Tuesdays Town Board work session a discussion took place: should the farmer's market be discontinued? I think the farmer's market has contributed to the revitalization of E Hartsdale Ave and that the market shoudl be continued. I also believe that with a little effort we will be able to attract additional farmers to the market. I've invited members of the Town Board and the Commissioner of Planning to join me during this merchant door to door canvassing effort.
 
MASSARO PARK  JUNE 19 annual inspection walk: We will hold our annual community meeting/inspection of Massaro Park on Monday June 19th at 7 PM. Massaro Park is located off of Payne Street in N Elmsford. We will discuss, with residents, ways to enhance the park and address neighborhood concerns.
 
WEBB FIELD JUNE 21--We will meet with residents who reside near Webb field on June 21st at the 9/11 memorial wall to discuss plans to enhance the landscaping at Webb. The meeting will take place at 7 PM.
 
DOG PARK RALLY June 14th 6 -7 PM-- Dogs, some dressed up in patriotic costumes will BARK FOR THE DOG PARK at Greenburgh Town Hall's parking lot on Wednesday, June 14th from 6- 7 PM. Dogs and dog owners will press for the implementation of a plan to place a dog park at Ridge Park.
