roads are a mess---our crews are out...numerous accidents--stay inside..traffic gridlock
Release Date: November 15, 2018

I haven’t left my office yet – was advised that the roads are a mess.  And, it is safer to stay inside. Not only in Greenburgh but all over the area. All our highway trucks are out salting the roads. But, the road conditions are cold. Very slippery. Many accidents around the area which will slow down your commute home. The weather forecast changed recently—they now anticipate 3 to 6 inches of snow.  We will do the best we can but recommend that you stay inside. And, if you’re at the office work a bit later to give the crews more time to clear the roads –and avoid rush hour traffic home.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Every storm is different. And we never try to cut corners and save money when it comes to snow removal. There is gridlock on Dobbs Fery Road,, Knollwood Road, 119, Ardsley Road. Our trucks are among those stuck in grid lock.   We are working with the police to try and close roads to allow us to salt trucks.  The storm is intense and the roads are snow covered and very slippery.

Please be patient.  My cell  is 914 438 1343.  I will be answering all my e mails.  Good news: tomorrow the weather will warm up and much of the snow will  have melted.
