Judge Cacace issued the attached opinion stating that the petition Edgemont residents filed to schedule a referendum on whether Edgemont will incorporate as a village was valid. The Judge directed that an election be held within 40 days. I will be reviewing the decision with our attorney’s and with the Town Board before deciding whether we want to exercise our right to appeal. PAUL FEINER
