The Lois Bronz Children’s Center invites you to join them in congratulating the youth as they launch a book of original short stories “Journey of Heroes”. Book signing this Friday, October 6 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Speaker: Dr. Tahira Chase, Superintendent of Greenburgh Central School. Event will take place at the Theodore Young Community Center. You can purchase the book at the event—this is also a fundraiser for the school age program. Hope to see you Friday.

 

 

 

Hartsdale Day – Saturday October 7

10am to 4pm

 

Travel the World- Come to Hartsdale.  Sponsored by the Hartsdale Beautification Committee, Hartsdale Neighbors Assoc and the Town of Greenburgh.

 

-Walk around and taste food samples from around the world offered by E Hartsdale Ave merchants.

-Listen to the sounds of the Woodlands High School Jazz Band, and Rattlin  - a classic rock cover band

-Be entertained by magician Gabe the Great

-Dance in the street with the Hartsdale Zumba girls

-Have your face painted, hair braded and more

-Shop the Hartsdale Farmers Market

 

The Greenburg Nature Center, Police and Fire Departments and Library are all joining in the festivities.

 

It’s a chance to celebrate the richness and diversity of Hartsdale, meet new neighbors and support our community.
