Streets and driveways in Mayfair Acres--water dept replacing water mains

Streets and driveways in the Mayfair Acres section of town have been dug up and pipes are being laid down. Although we sent out notices to residents, some people are reaching out to me asking what's happening.
The water department is replacing the water mains along Chelsea Rd and several other streets adjacent. The small pipes alongside the road are temporary and will be connected into those homes affected by the work to provide water. Sorry for the inconvenience.. But- we need to address infrastructure and we are!
