WFAS 103.9 FM will move its broadcast facilities from Hartsdale to the Bronx at the end of this month, according to multiple reports. Radio insiders say the station is planning to rebrand as an “urban music” station.

Radioinsight.com, a website covering the radio broadcast industry, reported the move “will coincide with the station ceasing to target the suburban Westchester County and joining the rest of the Cumulus New York operations in Manhattan.”

Cumulus operates Manhattan-based WPLJ 95.5 FM, country music NASH FM 94.7 and Conservative Talk 770 AM, according to Radioinsight.com.
