Just spoke with the police department. Over night—about 1,500 homes saw their power restored. We are now down to 2,500 homes without power. Expect significant progress to be made today and tonight. There was a big setback to our efforts. A car went into a utility pole (transformer) on Secor---and resources had to be sent to Secor.
