2 great events in Dobbs Ferry tomorrow....mobiel shredder at town hall tomorrow too.. pay taxes

residents are invited to bring their unbound personal papers and documents to Greenburgh Town Hall on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 10:00am until 2:00pm. The  mobile shredder will be at Town Hall at that time.
 
 
 
On October lst at 10 a.m. the Friends of the Old Croton Aqueduct are having a Ribbon Cutting event  for the opening of the big  trail improvement project in  Dobbs Ferry,  The Friends received a federal grant to make the hazardous entrance to the trail at Cedar and Main in Dobbs Ferry  accessible to all. There is now a ramp for use by the handicapped and a staircase that follows the line of the actual tunnel under the trail. State Park Commissioner, Rose Harvey will attend  and speak.  Other State officials, the Mayor of Dobbs Ferry  as well as the Friends of the Old Croton Aqueduct will participate.  All  residents are  welcome and encouraged to come to the site at the corner of Cedar and Main streets
