COURT DISMISSES LAWSUIT RE: TAXTER RIDGE

he Honorable Richard Molea has dismissed a lawsuit brought by Robert Bernstein against Supervisor Paul Feinerand the Town of Greenburghalleging that the town is improperly financing the acquisition of Taxter Ridge. This is the 2nd lawsuit that was filed against the town by the taxpayer that had been dismissed.

The Greenburgh Town Board is expected to vote tonight to appropriate bonds for the acquisition of Taxter Ridge. The state and county will contribute 2/3rds of the costs of the acquisition of the UnificationChurchproperty as parkland.
