Just got this e mail from Con Ed … Down to 55…getting there. Now, that the phone calls are slowing down I’m going to devote some time addressing Verizon/cablevision complaints. I have received some calls from businesses and residents who have been unable to access their cablevision or Verizon services. They have been trying to get help for days –without successes. If you are experiencing problems with either company, please advise. If you had a problem and want to highlight your experiences, I will share the info with the Presidents of the companies.
