EASTCHESTER COMPTROLLER NAMED TOWN COMPTROLLER

Ann Marie Berg, Eastchester Town Comptroller, has been appointed Greenburgh Town Comptroller effective November 3rd, replacing Norah McAvoy. Ms. Berg has been Comptroller of Eastchester since 1997. She was Comptroller for the Town of Mount Pleasant from 1992 to 1997. And, is Vice President of the NY State Government Finance Officers Association. She has extensive experience in computer and information systems. She has two Masters degrees from Pace (MPA in Public Administration and Master of Science in Education Administration). Prior to selecting Ms. Berg, the Town advertised the availability of the position in the NY TIMES. We're delighted to welcome Ann Marie Berg to the town of Greenburgh and anticipate a very smooth transition,said Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner.
