TOWN TO RECEIVE 3 donated electric cars

The NY Power Authority has developed a donation program with Global Electronic Motorcars to provide zero emission vehicles. The Town of Greenburgh, a customer of the Power Authority, has submitted a request (which was recently approved) to obtain 3 vehicles to be used by municipal employees engaged in municipal functions. This will help reduce air pollution and reliance on imported oil! These vehicles are short range, low speed vehicles.
