Just spoke to Commissioner Bill Carter of the Theodore Young Community Center. The indoor pool. Will re-open tomorrow morning. A part that was needed was installed today. The Commissioner has also appointed James Robinson as Deputy Commissioner. Mr Robinson will be receiving the same salary he had earned as Assistant Commissioner of Parks. That Assistant Parks Commissioner position will remain vacant in 2009. Mr. Robinson has worked at the TDYCC for many years. Paul Feiner
