DOG SWIM 9/7...DOG PARK OPENING PLANNED...DOG PARADE

Dear Dog lover!
Some good news.
DOG SWIM-- Our annual dog swim will take place on Sunday, September 7th from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Anthony F. Veteran Park day camp pools. This is one of the most popular events the town sponsors each year --hundreds of dogs, dog owners attend the event and enjoy each other's company. This event is free but this year (to help offset costs of the new dog park) we're going to be asking for voluntary donations.
DOG PARK GRAND OPENING-- Our new dog park is almost ready to be opened. The park will be located at East Rumbrook Park at the end of the parking lot. This one acre dog run will have a fenced in area for small dogs and a fenced in area for all dogs. In addition to the dog run, dog owners will be allowed to walk their dogs on a leash on a wood trail. The grand opening will take place on Sunday, October 5th at 2 PM. Please join us and bring your dog.
DOG PARADE--the 2nd annual Hartsdale Rotary dog parade will be held on Sunday, October 12th at 1 PM . It's a fundraiser for Student Advocacy. Dress your dog in an appropriate outfit. Have your dog win prizes.
