In the past, the Town Board work session agendas were posted a few hours before the Tuesday Town Board work session. Town Clerk Judith Beville has started a new open government initiative: Town Board work sessions will be released on the Friday before the Tuesday work session. In addition, the work sessions will be televised on public access TV. This Tuesday’s work session will begin at 2 PM and will end no later than 5:30 PM. We are in the process of setting up the software so that we will be able to stream, live on the internet, all Town Board work sessions and Town Board meetings so you will be able to watch our proceedings live from your computer. We expect to be able to stream our meetings on the web sometime this month. Minutes of meetings will be posted on our web site, another new open government reform.

Please note the following –

· All work sessions will end no later than 5:30p.m.

· Agendas of all work sessions will be posted on the web on the Friday before

the Tuesday work session. Any final revisions to the work session agenda

will be posted by Monday at noon.

· Work Sessions will be televised on the Greenburgh public access channel.

· Beginning later this month all work sessions will be streamed live on the internet.
