Sound quality -town board meetings will improve

A number of residents have complained, in recent months, about the sound
quality of Town Board meetings. People have had a difficult time
watching our Town Board, Planning & Zoning Boards on TV. George Malone,
our cable TV coordinator, has been working with a company called AdTech.
The TV, VCR recording, telephone call in's and main hall speaker were
all tested by George today. AdTech replaced the main amplifier with a
new one. They Re-set the internal mixing software, leveling the main
hall microphones and speakers. We're optimistic that the system will now
work to the satisfaction of our cable TV viewers and apologize for any
