The Greenburgh Building Department has started to post on our web site: www.greenburghny.com a list of summons that have been issued against property owners and the disposition. This will enable residents to monitor the progress of complaints. We have posted an official complaint form that can be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to make a complaint.  This year the Building Department has received about 50 complaints and has investigated each complaint, taking proper enforcement action when needed.

To access the site click look for departments, click on building. On the top of the page (on the left side) there is an arrow. Click on the arrow and you will receive the info you want.
