Yesterday the Greenburgh Town Board met with advocates who are pushing the Town Board to forward to the Greenburgh Planning Board a proposed vision statement for the revitalization of the 4 corners on E Hartsdale Ave. The 4 corners has been plagued with vacancies over the years. Members of the Town Board promised to work on finalizing a vision plan in the very near future and to forward the proposal to the Planning Board at either the first or second meeting of the Town Board in October. The goal: our first meeting. After a vision plan is adopted the Board would then proceed to rezone the property.
