Sanitation not collected Tuesday...non essential employees can stay home
Release Date: March 14, 2017

Because of the anticipated high winds, State of Emergency declaration issued by Governor Cuomo and anticipated heavy snow - non essential  town employees who are not needed for snow removal or public safety purposes can stay home from work on Tuesday.  Usually, when there is a snow storm Town Hall is open and employees take personal days or use their vacation days.  The Governor issued a similar directive for NYS employees.
Sanitation will not be collected.

I will be monitoring road conditions during the snow storm and can be reached on my cell: 438 1343 or by e mail: pfeiner@greenburghny.com anytime.  If you have a power outage or if trees are down feel free to contact me in addition to the police and/or Con Ed.  The Theodore Young Community Center will be designated as a warming shelter in the event o power outages. The center is located at 32 Manhattan Ave.

Stay home! Be safe!  Don't worry! We're prepared.

PAUL FEINER
