to comment on the Governor's proposed
2017-18 New York State Executive Budget

Persons who wish to testify should contact Debra Lagapa at Assemblyman Steve Otis' office as soon as possible, but no later than the close of business, Wednesday, February 1st.

Those testifying should limit their presentations to five minutes, to allow for as many participants as possible. Please bring copies of your testimony to the public forum. Written testimony would also be greatly appreciated and may be emailed as an attachment in any common format to the
