Carter Inspiration Foundation, named after the leader of the Theodore Young Community Center (Bill passed away this year) is encouraging members of the community to mentor young people. Inspire...change a young persons life for the better...be a role model for our youth! Learn more about becoming a mentor. This Tuesday, June 14th. Meeting at the Richard J.
