Another major issue concerning residents is the proposal to build 272 apartments on Lawrence. The Town Board met with our consultant, Vince Ferrandino and discuss the scoping document which we will vote on tomorrow evening. The scoping document deals with issues that need to be studied during the review process. Attached please find the revised scope.
