The heating system at the library has not been working-impacting the children's room. A part had to be manufactured and should be installed wednesday morning. We have experienced other heating-air conditioning problems in our new library since it opened and are reviewing our legal options. We are going to also independently evaluate the system that was installed. Appropriate corrective action will be taken.  Paul Feiner
