Police chief advises residents-stay home

Just got off the phone with police chief joe decarlo. He asked me to send this advisory--please stay home today. It will help us speed up the re-opening of roads if cars are off the streets. There are many downed wires and downed trees. It is not very safe to go out. Paul feiner
