I will be asking the Greenburgh Town Board to authorize my administration to solicit requests for proposals to lease l800 sq feet of space at the 2nd floor of the new Town Hall (l77 Hillside Ave). The new Town Hall will open for business in the fall of this year (estimate: November, 2003). If the Town Board approves this request, the town will be able to save you money and keep your taxes as low as possible.
