Alcaria Restaurant, a Portuguese restaurant, has expressed interest in opening up at l89-l9l E Hartsdale Ave (former bank and cable tv studio site). I reviewed the drawings and believe that this restaurant, if approved, could enhance the look of the street and help us in our revitalization efforts.
