Deputy Town Attorney Tim Lewis appeared before Judge Friedman for the sentencing of Trion on the tree cutting and other damages at the Holy Spirit (Unification Church) property off of Taxter Road. She sentenced Trion to $58,200 in damages and $l2,000 in fines for illegally cutting trees. Hope this sends all developers a strong signal that the town will not tolerate environmental abuses and violations of the Town code.
