Supervisors Report 9/24 - Target Scraps Plans

9/24 TARGET, which had plans to open a store in Yonkers on the border of Greenburgh, has abandoned plans to build a 150,000 sq foot big box retail store at the Austin Ave development south of Jackson Ave.
