REGENERON NAMES LOCAL STUDENTS AS SCHOLARS...ROUTE 119 STREET DESIGN MEETING THURSDAY
Release Date: January 16, 2018
Regeneron is one of the jewels of Greenburgh. The bio tech company is planning a major expansion within Greenburgh (one million sq foot expansion). The company gives back and also searches for student talent. They sponsor a talent search each year.
Regeneron has named the semi- finalists for the Regeneron Science Talent Search for 2018. Only 27 students from the Hudson Valley and 300 scholars were selected out of 1,818 students who entered the competition. And, some were from our area. We have some brilliant students in our schools. Congratulations to the scholars. Each of the students will receive a $2000 award. And their schools will also receive a $2000 award. These students have a passion for discovery and have the curiosity needed to help bio tech companies find cures to major diseases.
