Friday JUNE 3rd: Friday Night Live: Rock-n-Roller Derby
A "closed Street" Friday Night Live along Warburton Avenue featuring roller derby exhibitions and activities hosted by the professional Yonkers based Suburbia Roller Derby team (come meet the gals!) and three sets of  live music - first from pop-punk outfit Blank Citation (featuring my eldest offspring and his friends from HHS) and then two sets by Beatle's Tribute Band: Ob-La-Di (featuring The Mill's owner Tony on keyboards :)  I've seen them live and they're a lot of fun: check them out: HERE!

Saturday JUNE 4th: The Second Annual RIverArts Music Tour
I am so happy to be working with RiverArts as the co-producer, along with Executive Director Doug Marouk-Coe, of their Second Annual Music Tour!  Last year's tour was great fun and this year it's grown and will showcase 90 performances in 30 spaces in the Rivertowns!  All performances are free to the public (though donations to artists are greatly appreciated should the music move you!) and occur on the hour from 12 Noon until 12 midnight, except between 8 and 10 PM when we gather at Purpl - our Signature Sponsor - for the closing party (also free to the public, donations welcome) featuring LIVE Band Karaoke (so si, you too can "perform" on the tour- i.e.: no one is left out :) This is a great day and way to enjoy our Village and the surrounding towns.  Many sites will have food and the map which will be distributed widely and online will lay out all your choices.  When the map is online I'll email the link (or just check riverarts.org).
