NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 240 of the Laws of 2006, the Fairview Fire District shall hold a public hearing to discuss the contents of its proposed budget for 2008. The public hearing will be conducted at Fairview Fire Headquarters located at 19 Rosemont Boulevard in Greenburgh at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 16 October 2007. A copy of the proposed budget is available at the Office of the Fire District Secretary and at the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Greenburgh where it may be inspected by any interested person during office hours. In addition, copies of the proposed budget for 2008 will be available at the aforesaid public hearing. All interested persons are invited to attend.
