WANTED: PRO BONO ATTY TO HELP FOUNDATION FOR GREENBURGH MOM'S DAUGHTER WHO WAS MURDERED

On August 26 a horrible tragedy struck Jessica Santos. She was going to start her sophomore year at the University of New Haven, pursuing a degree in criminal investigation. She became an innocent victim of a heinous crime - a drive by shooting in Yonkers.
Her mother, Gisela Marin (a Tarrytown resident) has established a foundation in her daughter's name ( the Jessica N. Santos Foundation). This foundation will be primarily for scholarships and educational funding. She already has done the process of incorporating it as a nonprofit and has the tax ID number. She is looking into the 501c3 for tax exempt purposes.
Ms. Marin is looking for an attorney who will help her pro-bono. The Foundation is planning a fundraiser on July 22, 2007--which would have been Jessica's 20th birthday. It will be the birthing of the foundation, a celebration of life as well as raising funds for the scholarships.
