A fire caused extensive damages to a home at 4 Seely Placein Edgemont today. No residents were hurt but 7 fire men were injured. A captain suffered a leg injury. Other firefighters suffered smoke inhalation. At the time of the fire, workers were repairing damage caused when a tree fell on the roof in July.

The Greenburgh Town Board unanimously approved the 2007 budget which includes a tax reduction for both the villages and unincorporated Greenburgh. Members of the Town Board who voted for the budget are Eddie Mae Barnes, Diana Juettner, Steve Bass, Francis Sheehan and myself.
