update--road closures and parkway closures too...

Spoke with the Greenburgh police.  The Bronx River Parkway is partially closed in both directions between the Sprain Brook Parkway split and the Westchester County Center in White Plains.

Taxter Road is now open.  Ardsley Road and Highland road is still  closed.  Dobbs Ferry Road is also closed near Hartsdale  Road and Knollwood.

According to Patch.com ….

A vehicle has been abandoned in flood water under the Palmer Road bridge. There are reports of vehicles in danger of going under water between Leewood and Crestwood.

The Hutchinson River Parkway is partially closed southbound at Cross County Parkway to East Lincoln Avenue due to the flooding. It's closed northbound at Wolfs Lane to East Lincoln Avenue because of flooding.

The Saw Mill River Parkway is partially closed. A right lane is closed southbound south of Lawrence Street In Dobbs Ferry.

The Cross County Parkway eastbound ramp to the Hutchinson River Parkway (Exit 9) southbound is closed due to flooding.
