Missing dog in Greenburgh!...woodlands HS Students receive 5.3 million in scholarships.

"ROSIE is MISSING in Greenburgh, NY. She is a 70lb hound mix and got away from the vet where she was being boarded. She's been seen running near Yosemite Park. She's very skittish and very fast. She has Addison's Disease and requires daily medication, so time is of the essence. She escaped at around 5:00 pm on Monday, June 26. Contact Missy at +1 (914) 536-8743"
 
DID YOU KNOW...that graduates of Woodlands High School received 5.3 million dollars worth of college scholarships? This good news was announced at the Woodlands HS graduation last week.
 
 
The Greenburgh community is coming together to celebrate the renaming of the Pavilion at Yosemite Park in Honor of Commissioner William L. Carter.  Before his passing Bill was honored with the renaming of the Greenburgh Annual Summer Jazz Series to The William L. Carter Summer Jazz Series.  Bill was truly an inspiration to all and his passion for music he shared enhanced into something great for the community. His dedicated love and committed work for the youth and seniors in the Westchester community will never be forgotten. The pavilion renaming ceremony will take place on July 6, 2017, at 5:45 pm during The William L. Carter Summer Jazz Series. Yosemite Park is located in back of the Theodore Young Community Center. One can also access the park from route 119.
