In Another prostitution arrest at a massage facility and arrests for not having state licenses...this time in Hartsdale Members of the Greenburgh Police Street Crime Unit, and Drug and Alcohol Task Force completed a short term investigation into the Unauthorized Practice of a Profession and Prostitution occurring at 114 South Central Park Ave. Hartsdale. Commonly called Spa 114 On 4-4-17 members of The Greenburgh Street Crime Unit did arrest (3) suspects for violating NY State Education Law 6512 (sub1) - Unauthorized Practice of a Profession. One of the three, Yanyi Dong was also arrested for violating NY PL 230.00 - Prostitution. The arrested three subjects did knowingly and unlawfully purport themselves as licensed massage therapists without having the requisite state licenses. Yanyi Dong did offer to engage in sexual conduct with an undercover police officer. All of the suspects were transported to Police Headquarters where they were booked, processed, and released ROR. Spa 114 was closed by the officers for the evening. The Greenburgh Building Dept was notified and will follow up the morning of April 5th. In recent months there have been similar arrests in the Edgemont section of town.
