On Wednesday, February 4th, the Planning Board granted Site Plan and related approvals for a project at the northeast corner of Central Park Avenue South and Ardsley Road. The project involves the demolition of a vacant gas station and redevelopment of the site with a three story office building and associated site and landscaping improvements. The applicant proposes vehicular ingress/egress from one new modified driveway off of Central Park Avenue South and the removal of an existing vehicular access driveway from Ardsley Road.
The applicant intends to file stormwater and building permit applications in the next few weeks with construction anticipated to commence this year.
