JULIA FEINER, 4, is one of many Deputy Supervisors for Playgrounds and Fun. This weekend she cleaned up her room and brought lots of old toys to the new Children's Room at Town Hall. Parents can bring their kids to the Children's Room which will be set up with toys, a computer with children's programs and a TV (children's videos). Adult supervision will be required. Later this year the town will offer child care at the children's room probably four or five hours a week. This will be helpful to parents who need to stop by at Town Hall and don't have child care help.
