1.3 million sq feet of stores across our border

The City of Yonkers is currently reviewing a plan that could have a significant impact on the Greenburgh/Yonkers border. There is a proposal to build a massive project off the Thruway...a l.3 million sq feet of retail stores, a 350 room hotel, conference center and 800 units of housing. If it is approved the project could connect to the Austin Ave development. The Town of Greenburgh participated in the Yonkers scoping session to express concerns.
