The 2 year+ moratorium on development will end June 30th. The Town Board voted to adopt the comprehensive plan. This week the Board voted to adopt a local law protecting steep slopes. In addition, the Town Board voted to protect wetlands/watercourses. This is the lst time that the town has had a comprehensive plan -- a roadmap for future land use and planning and open space preservation!
