Greenburgh Town Board 7/22/08 Meeting Resolutions Posted
Release Date: July 20, 2008

The full text of all resolutions that appear on the Tentative Agenda for this Tuesday’s (7/22/2008, 4:00PM) Town Board Special Meeting at Town Hall (177 Hillside Avenue) have been posted on the Town’s Web site, www.GreenburghNY.com, for your consideration more than 72 hours in advance of the meeting.  There are two changes to the agenda emailed yesterday: CD-1 (a resolution on a Conservation District (CD) overlay application) has been postponed to a later meeting and TB-1 (a resolution reaffirming the Town Board’s commitment to completing the library project on budget) has been added.

The resolutions may be accessed by clicking in the box titled “Upcoming Town Board Resolutions” located on the right side of the Town’s homepage, by clicking “Documents & Forms” on the left side of the homepage, or by simply clicking here, which will take you directly to the “Documents & Forms” page.  Where applicable, the posted resolutions contain hyperlinks to documents related to the resolution.  For example, for a resolution involving a tax certiorari, a copy of the affected school district’s approval letter and the data tabulation spreadsheet are provided as hyperlinked attachments to the resolution.

The posting of resolutions in such detail in advance of the meeting is part of the Town Board’s continuing efforts to keep the public informed.  We trust you find the information helpful and this method of distribution convenient.  Should you have any questions or comments regarding the postings, please do not hesitate to contact us.  You may email the entire Town Board by emailing TownBoard@GreenburghNY.com, or by replying to this email and I will forward your response.
