Snow Emergency Declaration for East Hartsdale Avenue

THIS MESSAGE APPLIES TO EAST HARTSDALE AVENUE ONLY - A Snow Emergency has been declared for East Hartsdale Avenue beginning at 8:00 a.m., Sunday, December 16. Vehicles parked on East Harsdale Avenue after this time will be summonsed and towed. We had hoped weather conditions would change for the better negating the need for a declaration, however, the Highway Department notified us at 5:30 Sunday morning that the accumulation of ice required they begin plowing operations.
