The Greenburgh Town Hall/library committee will meet on 9/l2 at 4:30 PM at Greenburgh Town  Hall to discuss the proposed acquisition of a 48,000 square foot building for either the town hall/library. The building is currently occupied by One Beacon Insurance and is located at l77 Hillside Ave (exit 5, 287). The owners want to sell the property and hope to move out by January lst. The building was built in l992.
