Councilman Steve Bass, along with representatives from Ardsley and Hastings, the Ridge Hill citizens committee, other Town officials, legal counsel and a traffic consultant met Tuesday, Aug. 1 with Yonkers City Council President Chuck Lesnick and the Ridge Hill developer's team to participate in settlement negotiations. The meeting with Yonkers’ officials was sought for many months. All parties present listened to concerns about the project. Communications will continue in an attempt to find common ground.
Attached to this note is a link to a letter sent by the Town Council to Mr. Lesnick before the Yonkers City Council approved the re-zoning to accommodate the Ridge Hill project.
