The Town Board, understanding that stand-by generators are not just a luxury anymore but a necessity, will waive the application review fee of $100. An application for a building permit to site a generator and associated electrical permit fees are still required for installation of generators.?
The Business Council of Westchester holds its annual MEGA MIXER TODAY at the Rye Town Hilton from 2 PM to 6 PM. I have attended this event annually. It's, without question, the best networking event of the year. If you are out of work, if you have your own business and want to network with others, if you're looking to connect with others --this is the event to attend. Over 1600 people attend. Parking is sometimes difficult. It's also alot of fun. I recommend the event.

Parking for the Mega Mixer Business Expo will be available at the Hilton Westchester where the event will be taking place. Additional parking will be available directly across the street from the Hilton Westchester at 800 Westchester Avenue. Shuttle services between the hotel and 800 Westchester Avenue will be provided by Red Oak Transportation.
