TB 2012 0813 TB-1 data GAME ON 365 LEASE AGREEMENT

This document is the proposed Lease Agreement with Game On 365 LLC to construct a temporary Recreation/Sports Bubble and related appurtenances and to operate a private entrepreneurial multi- purpose sports facility enterprise on the Old Franks Nursery property at 715 Dobbs Ferry Road for a period of fifteen years, on such terms and conditions as specified in the Lease Agreement.
